The NRAAC was a backer of the New York City anti-reptile law that was passed last year. Also included in on that was the Herp Society of NY.
I recall reading about the NRAAC in an article on the NRAAC website and how they helped get new laws passed in New York City. And what I have read about those laws, it doesn't sound like I would want to back that group at all.
