Yes, definitely have water in there. I have had my Ig 2 years and only seen him actually drink from it twice, but I know he does. But keep misting your food as well.
The lighting depends on what your temps are in the cage. Have you got a thermometer in there to see what they are? You can purchase them from any petstore. You may be o.k. with three but definitely check your temps first. The UVB should be on when your incandescant is.

: Ok first of all, do I need to have a water dish in with my ig or will he just lick water drolets off of his cage, and fake leaves.
: Are 3 lights enough, an incadesant for day, red heat lam for night and a UVB light, is that enough. Im also going to have a UTH for additional heat. Also should the UVB be on all the time or just during the day.
