What bulb do you heat your ig with?...non UVB question

What do you guys use to heat your iguanas? I just have been using regular 75watt incandescent bulbs, but then I went on a couple of herp supply store websites, and saw some of the incandescent bulbs they sell. I saw one called "Verilux-Frost Natural Spectrum Incandescent bulb". I am just wondering what kind of lighting everyone uses to heat their igs, and maybe what you can recommend. Thanks.
