Their was a post a few line back that asked how do you get an iguana off your back! Since Benny only comes out of cage if he is on my back I think I can answer that question a few different ways...
1. Slowly get down on your hands and knees and then lay flat on your stomach. Make sure there is items close by that are higher than the level your back is at. Iguana's reflex is to climb higher (if you want to prove this while your iguana is on your back bend over and touch your toes. SLOWLY.) while on your stomach your iguana will want to climb up high so it will take the nearest item that is higher...iguana is off your back.
2. Another way you can do it is to lay down on your bed with pillows beside you on your stomach again. It works the same way.
I don't know how many other people's iguana's don't want to leave their owners once they get on them but I can sometimes go a full hour before I can even convince Ben to get off my back. Now that is called human/Ig bonding.
