The truth is it is good to actually combine the two. Variety is the key. But I prefer The Iguana Den Diet but they both have their points. They both could be wrong now a days things change so quickly and we all just go with the flow. If our iguana's are eating well and showing great health results at the vet then that is the best we can do.

Research them both and take the best information from both. Then you decide what you are capable of doing for your Ig.

: In someone's post, I saw that they recommended checking out www.iguanaden.com. And there is this diet on there that many people swear by. Do you guys know what I am talking about, and do any of you use this Iguana Den Diet?
