i like using TUMS because since it's made for human consumption you've got a much better chance that it actually contains what it SAYS it does + the right amounts as well ...

all that is in TUMS is calcium carbonate ~ no other questionable additives ... (questionable in that 'does my ig REALLY need this?')

as with ANY supplement, don't overdo!
iZ's dose is 1 tablet per day and he's close to 12 pounds ... and ... the REASON he's on even THAT high a dose has more to do with his renal problems than anything ... if an ig is healthy + is getting a good diet, you really shouldn't need to supplement at all ~ or only a couple times a week if it helps your peace of mind ... *grin*
