She will be very susceptible to bones breaking so I would keep her in her cage until she is 100%. Free roaming isn't really that much of an option if you have cats. Just let her out when you are home (in a room where you have verified all the cats are out of). You must iguana proof the room she will be in so she cannot get hurt (outlets, breakables etc.) Definitely make sure she gets 12 hours exposure to a UVB light (zoomed iguana light or the Active Uv light) plus as much sunshine as you can get for her is always good. This will aid in her recovery along with a calcium rich diet with calcium supplementation.
