Depends on the person. They take a huge amount of work, time, effort, patience, money, commitment and love. My husband would say "Yes, they make great pets" but the only job he has is to mist them 2-3 times a day...lol. Do much research before deciding...after educating yourself, ask yourself if they make good pets.;) Also keep in mind while researching that a healthy iguana is expected to live 20 years or so. All the stuff you learn, all the stories (good and bad) you read, etc is something you *have* to plan on doing/putting up w/ for 20 years or more. Good Luck!
