if she's having seizures, i'm afraid it might be too late ... but find a vet who KNOWS IGS ....
the mucous filled mouth sounds like she could be dehydrated .... try giving her small drinks of 'Pedialyte' or 'Infalyte' with a dropper or oral syringe ... (it's a child/infant version of gatorade ... will help replace electrolytes ... avail at groc. stores or drug stores in the baby section)
