Collard greens are a type of leafy vegatable as are mustard greens, turnip greens, kale, spinach, etc. They are fed to igs often because they are extremely high in calcium. Many grocery stores carry them fresh in the produce department. Mustard greens and turnip greens are also good ig food, kale and spinach are not...
