: COMMENTS: This particular PetCo is where I rescued my male iguana, Bobbit from. They had him in a tiny fish tank and had no heat, no uv for him, and were feeding him very poorly. He was covered with feces, lethargic, boney, and his vent and mouth had scabs on them. He was very cold, underfed, and not doing too well. It took me months of trying to have them correct his situaion before they finally got sick of me showing up and telling them what needed to change so the iguana could thrive. Finally, they adopted him out to me in February of this year (2001). He is doing very well now, but I shutter to think of how he'd be doing if he was still back at Petco in that tiny cold cage.
