Are Bananas OK for Iguanas?

Hi!
I just discovered that my female Iguana goes nuts over bananas! It is the only food that she will actually "attack" you to get! I only give her about a inch of banana every few days, but it sure is fun to watch her get excited over them. I might add that she normally gets all the 'good' iguana foods, like dandelion greens, collard and mustard greens, etc. Are there any hazards with bananas and iguanas? Thanks!
