ummmmmmmm ... personally, i seriously DOUBT that, tho i've even had a vet tell me that ... (one of those "i have an iguana myself + therefore, i am an iguana expert" type people ...)

the cloaca is where urine + feces are 'pooled' before the ig goes to the bathroom ~ their body prob'ly draws *some* moisture back into itself from the waste before the animal relieves itself ... but as far as absorbing fluids from OUTside the body???? nah ...
