I'm constantly on the search for variety for my ig's but it's hard to find in my area. Anyway today so far mine have ate...

3 large collard greens pinched into small pieces
3 large mustard greens pinched into small pieces
4 slices of zucinni diced into small pieces
4 slices of yellow squash diced into small pieces
1/2 of an asparagus (top 1/2) cut into small pieces
all misted w/ water
I do not use supplements

This is one of 3 meals. It's still early here in Indiana so the other 2 meals will come later.
