In Doc's case, the eye itself actually appears to be a bit "sunken". The lower "lid" looks terribly similiar to Kermit's in that it seems to have almost a laxness in the skin. Unlike healthy eyes, Doc's eye does appear a bit cloudy - blood vessels really aren't all that apparent at the moment....
We've got a few suggestions to try. We'll keep you posted......
