Don't worry, my iguana goes on a hunger strike every time I go out of town! Iguanas are very emotional animals and form strong bonds with their owners, so most likely your iguana was just depressed and missed you.
You might try to wean Tiamat off being hand-fed all of the time. Just keep putting food in front of her and let her have her alone-time with her food. Some iguanas don't like to be watched while they're eating. If there's still no sign of her eating, (like fecal matter strewn about the cage) then you should probably contact a vet for a check-up.
