Maybe she's going thru her breeding season, pooping in weird places and ^restlesness are common during breeding seasons, spayed,neutered or not. Has she been stressed about something? New occupants, pets, sumthing causing her to act out? She needs to get back into a routine, stressors removed or her removed from stressors...perhaps late afternoon baths will get her back in the 'this is where you go poop' mood then reintroduce her litter box....be consistent
It'll be a pain for awhile but she should be back on track. Is she a free roamer? or in an enclosure?
