Its hard to say what he might be feeling? Does he relax? Or is he tensed up? Mine loves to be on my shoulder~ as soon as he gets there he just hangs out and looks at everything~ he will even snuggle up by my neck when he gets sleepy~ But usually keeps eyes open~
