HELP........I THINK HE IS DYING!!! PLEASE HELP FAST!!!

i have been having my baby ig for about a month. he is 11 in. stl. he is starting to get really lethargic. he started about 2 days ago. right i can pick him up, then put him down, and he will stay in the spot until i pick him up again. when i put him in the grass, he kind of runs for a little while, stops than he does it again. he use to run and not stop until i caught him. he still eats, but it is a little bit less than what he ate before. what is wrong with him? will he die? what can i do to help him. PLEASE HELP!!! i am VERY worried about him. HELP!!!! PLEASE!!!
