The first three years of growth should be fast and furious!
After that they slow down quite a bit, but can continue to grow until around 5. At 1.5 years 2 feet sounds somewhat undersized. Are you sure of their age?
I doubt that you would be able to sell them unless there is someone around that really wants one, and there are no rescues anywhere near you. There are enough igs in rescues and foster homes that anyone can generally adopt one for free, or a very small adoption fee.
