Nasturtiums

Hi everyone! I hardly ever come to this particular kingsnake.com forum, but i figured if ANY group could help me on this topic, it would have to be the iguana forum! :)

I'm looking for as much information as possible on the proper raising and nutritional content of nasturtiums. I just bought two young plants this past Sunday. I planted them in my friend's front yard last night, but some of the leaves were pale by now.
When they were waiting in my house, I had them by an open window, but I guess that didn't help much.
