It sounds like Jo is very special to you...maybe you could talk to your vet and see if he (or she) will let you make payments on his bill...I know that a good Ig vet seems to be hard to find, but maybe you could find one that will work with you financially. We have a vet in our town who will take checks written for the amount you agree on, and just hold them all, and deposit one a week (Or whatever) Maybe you can find someone like that where you are. I hope (and pray:o) that all will go well for you and your pet..
