As with any fight, there are going to be casualties. I know it stinks to hear that said outloud but it is the truth. No one, with the exception of another uninformed person, is going to buy a sick iguana for that kind of money.

You did a good thing and as a fellow rescuer I wish I could give you a ^5 in person -We all pretty much know the rules of rescue even though we may have not all met each other -Money goes to make the sick well and care for the ones in our charge, not for buying other people's problems.
