it's how responsible the individual is, how open to constructive critisism they are, etc ...
and by "constructive critisism", i mean *both* positive + not-so-positive feedback!

it's hard to be a pupil AND it's hard to be the teacher ~ what's even harder, is to be a combination of BOTH and "act like an adult" ... (whatever THAT means!!! ~ i'm a granma and i'm still not totally sure ... *grin*)

i've met teenagers who are by far more resposible than some of the adults i've met ...

+ now ... i need more caffeine ...
