Timers are GREAT!
The are used so if you sleep in, or stay up/out late your iguanas lights go on and off at the same exact time everyday. its good for the iguanas, and helps you maintain a schedual for them. Timers I have seen range in price from 10-expensive. I use the cheapest one on my iguana and one on my bearded dragons enclosure and they have worked wonderfully for months and months now. I couldn't live without the timers.
