A vet visit would definitely be in order if she hasn't passed any more in 2-3 days. An x-ray should be able to determine whether any more eggs are present.
It would also be a good time for a checkup to make sure that everything went fine during egg laying. A calcium injection wouldn't hurt either just to get her back on the road to recovery.....
Once all of those determing factors are defined it should be easier to figure if/when she will return to "normal"....
