didn't express myself.....you are reading into this. You can all see my other post on other forums as I have been on kingsnake.com for over 3 years. I have kept and bred more reptiles then I wanted to ( and some of you) in the past 35 years. I have written articles in newsletters and I'm about ready to write articles for a venomous newsletter. I have done extensive research on habitat and dwindling populance of reptiles in the field. I have collected data on the import problems of massive reptile importation and exportation. Moving from Missouri and Kansas I have held several permits to do the data thing relating to the above. I have also raised the issue of comercially collecting for profit as a negative situation. I am a HERPETOCULTURIST. I have been on both sides of the fence as a breeder/retailer/wholeseller and now back to breeder. I have (in the past) managed and owned several pet stores in a 21 year period. I had a pet store that was listed as the top 10 in the country one time. This was in Grandview Mo. I refused, ( in the last 3 years of retailing ) to sell imported igaunas, ball pythons. I have fought city restrictions (and helped on state restrictions) in 6 areas. Some I/we lost...some I/we won. This is my credentials. So be it. Shawn didn't express himself to the matter of relating what he was thinking using my computer. He meant that the iguana forum didn't comprehend what we were talking about. OLD NEWS at this point and it doesn't deserve going back over. So where do I come off even posting on this forum ? The laws were passed in certain cities of nothing else less then what was origionally posted. I had numerous iguanas showing up at my pet store doorsteps and numerous problems with the animal control agency in my city by iguanas/keepers. Be it the news coverage, the irresponsible person/s keeping iguanas, or the hard-headedness of persons of any pet/animal keeping. I for one don't really care if they ban/restrict iguanas. Except for the fact that the banning will go on to open other bans/restrictions on other animals.

If some of you are so blantantly adverse by the actions of the oringinal post..go to Mexico and look at some menus, better yet, you don't have to go that far..there are exotic food catalogs that feature wild game fair and includes iguana. You might also pull up a post on imports. Look at the supposenly FARM RAISED iguanas that was imported in the past several years. Note how many was dead or in the PROCESS of dying upon the receiving end here in the U.S. BEEN THERE ! SEEN IT ! These threads of these post are trivial compared.......!
So it also seems that some of you want to personally attack/ flame me and or Shawn. Well....this will be the last time for while that I visit this forum. So if they come to pass a law on your rights..go fight it with your limited knowledge. Childish words on my part on the last comment ?...So what !.....lOL !
