I would offer the food anyway... you never know when he will get hungry. Do you watch him eat? You never know if he is eating his food or not unless you sit there and monitor his food dish and see if he eats or not.. and sitting and watching him eat is not a good idea because it might stress him, so you never know whether he is eating his food or not.
OI, I'm rambling again. My point is..... feed him anyway, atleast you will know that you put forth an effort. If he doesn't eat.. or just eats 2 bites, then so be it. Throw the food away at the end of the day, and offer him a nice big fresh new dish the next day.
My 13.5 month old Tarzan eats daily... and eats about 2 cups of food, and if I refill his dish, he still eats even more. How big is Isis? try to encourage Isis to eat daily.. sprinkle his favorite food, finely chopped or grated, on top of all of the greens. Then mix them well so that he cannot pick them out. He will end up eatin gthe good stuff too. And he will probably start eating on a daily basis. What do you feed him? Does he get a nice variety? Maybe that is the problem.. he does not like what he is being fed, or is bored with it and waits for hunger to get the best of him, so he eats. I dunno.. some things to consider.
