I feel compelled to be honest here, even though I know that honest is not always the most popular or even well recieved type of response/answer. I've been watching the board for a few months now, I've said it before and I'll say it again, you have mighty selective "hearing" and it amazes me that you have the attitude that you do. Despite any other notions you may have I.S., most of the people on this board are very well meaning and have a lot more ig knowledge than you do. It probably wouldn't be a bad thing if you tried to learn from them instead of jumping on the defense every single time someone says something you don't like. As for you claiming this is your last post, so be it as it seems to me that very rarely do you ever bother actually reading the responces people give you in their entirety.

In support of Christy's post to you, being that you probably don't speak iguana as most of us do not, a large population of iguana care takers feel that not offering food every day is cruel and harmful to the iguana. After all, iguanas have no way of telling you whether they are hungry or not other than by not eating the food you have given them. So, I for one will have to say that it is cruel not to offer fresh food on a daily basis. I dare say that very few people could have the same monetary complaints that I could have, after all, I am feeding 6 on a daily basis, I never leave food in an enclosure more than 12 hours and yes, I throw away food on a regular basis. All part of the wonderful world of sharing your home with an iguana.

It saddens me when I come across young people such as yourself who are convinced that they have most if not all of the answers and everyone else is full of rot. Speaking from life experience in general, it seems to me I have learned more by truely listening to people who are smarter than me than I ever have from reading a book. I know that eventually you will come to realize this to be a truth but in the mean time I only pray that Isis won't suffer from your ignorance.
