It is normal for iguanas to change colors as they grow up. The vibrant green almost always fades to light browns, pale greens, and yes sometimes a teal blue color. It is uncommon for a striking blue iguana to exist, but it can happen.
My male at two years old was bright green, and has now (3 years old) faded to a very pale green body, and a blueish white colored head. (and nice orange feet....)
I personally, would not call this a color "morph" however.
