My Ig is Going Insane!

Iggy (my 8 year old female) keeps leaping across her cage. I mean she just throws herself from one side to the other. The cage is about 5 feet wide! She is also diving off her basking shelf (which is 4 feet high) into her swimming pool (a deep kitty litter pan). Is she having some kind of an ig nervous breakdown? She has never acted like this before. She has always been very calm and tame. I hold her every day so I know she hasn't just gotten wild. She only does this when a person is in her room. What's wrong with her???
