tail update

well, after much worrying, daily Baytril and 6 days of 'bed-rest', it looks like the tail will stay .... HOORAY!!!! it's got a funny 'S' shape at the end now, but it's still looking healthy ... he's also getting more + more muscle control of that last 12" of it daily .... he and i are both VERY relieved!
he is all OVER the place at night when he comes downstairs now! making up for lost exercise from those 6 days in bed i think ... *grin* i'm beginning to wonder if he's getting into my diet coke or some other form of caffiene .... what a wild man! (i think the new heater and humidifier in his room are helping ALOT too ...) i haven't seen him this active for a long time .... he's all over the frontroom floor and into the kitchen and then upstairs and then back downstairs (i didn't know he could go DOWN the stairs!) and then into the bathroom and back into the frontroom for another try at the x-mas tree (must be those frosted glass bulbs with the green holly leaves painted on...) and then into the bathroom and on and on and on and on .... whew!
