Make sure basking sites are up to about 120 if you can and the coldest part of the cage should be no less than 85 degrees during the day. Try to keep them at room temperature at night. THey can get into the 60s if necessary.
They may be wanting to hibernate but if they are losing weight you definitely should not try and do that until they are healhty and eating again.
What have you been feeding them? Have you tried feeding crickets? When you do brumate them, do so for at least 6 weeks, not 30 days.
