possible ailing ig

We have 4yr. old ig.Been part of the family since juvenile.within the last month,JoJo has stopped eating,skin has gotten loose,lost approximately 1/3 body weight,and has turned from it's usual green to a rust color from toes to almost the back.Believe it is female.It's never been sexed,just going by femoral spots and head and neck appearances.She's been extremely healthy in the past.The lighting,heat and diet are kept within recommended levels.Nothing has been changed that would stress her out. Any ideas?
