pillow, but seems to prefer the edge of the water bowl. (Although I'd like to buy one of Diana's and see if he likes that) If I slept like Bug, I'd be in traction and splints after a couple of days. He's a real contortionist when it comes to sleeping positions. As to the hook, well, no, but there is a ladder down the side of the bowl....
