glad to hear Mel's doin' fine! sounds like she's more afraid of surgery than labor (tough call to make Mel! ... *grin* ... )

interesting that she didn't want a female to touch the eggs! really gotta wonder what's going on in their pretty green heads sometimes ... ok, ALOT of times!

ya know, if you make sure those eggs are frozen reeeeeeallll solid, you could prob'ly bounce them off that dumbs***'s head more than once each!!! (just trying to be helpful ...) ... (iZ + i had one REALLY bad experience with a "herp vet" as well ... i still have very pleasant day dreams about b**** slapping her ...)

about her hand ... before iZ had surgery, he would hold himself "Just So" to keep as much weight as possible off his belly ... a week or so after surgery, i noticed that his one hand had a huge thick callous on it from bearing all that weight ~ it left quite a hole in his hand when it fell off! ok, my point is ~ wonder if Mel's hand did something similar, and then in it's less-padded state ...... oh heck ~ i confused the snalt outta myself ...

ps ... oh! and since you DID ask ... ummm, iZ seems to have out-grown his supper shelf AGAIN and needs a wider + longer one ... no hurry! just so it's done by the wkend, it'll be fine ... thanks Mr. D!
