An Iguana for a 2 year old

NOPE im not crazy LOL (okay so maybe a little, after all my life is ran by children and critters). My youngest Daughter Melissa has now layed claims to Double D anyone talks to her she tells them shes HER pet NOT mommy's NOT daddy's HERS ONLY LOL. When she was in our bedroom she would visit double d ten times a day if her food bowl or water bowl was empty shed comming running at me telling me to FEED HER PET. Didnt matter that she had JUST finished a heaping bowl of food, nope bowl must be kept full at all times, she even gets mad if I tell her Double d is going to bed and dosent need more food we have to at least put a bit of greens for her "cause she needs a snack". Melissa watches EVERY bath time, carry's her food back to her, hands me the misting bottle, talks and sings to her, tells her stories. Has held her (of course im holding her and putting Double D almost on her lap. She is constantly petting her when out and even walks her on her leash. Talk about one majorly attached iguana lover LOL. Melissa even informed us when shes "big" and moves Double D is going to live with her. LOL Im just amazed at how shes taken to Double d.
