You have received a lot of great info below--books and links.

The zoomed iguana light is the best UV light to get, and then a heat lamp for warmth, and a ceramic bulb for night warmth (no light). Automatic timers are a life saver-- don't hesitate to set this all up automatically... it took me years before I did it and I cannot believe I ever lived without them now (keeps your ig on schedule even if you stay out late or sleep in).

As far as tricks.... my last iguana would stand on his hind legs to beg for treats, but Sleestack will have none of that trick stuff! They can all be potty trained though--yay!
