To answer you questions, The biting and tail whipping is common, your baby Igg is terified of you. They think of you as the preditor and themselves as lunch. You need to move slowly, what I used to do was slowly put my hand in the cage then wait for him to calm down and slowly try and pick him up.When you sucessfully get ahold of him let him sit on your head (don't laugh, I am not joking this works great, except for when they get to about two feet long then they hurt your neck and use your ears as latters ouch!) Don't wait to work with your Igglett it will just turn into a bigger whipping, bitting machine (the bigger the Igg, the more it hurts). As far as tricks they poop in the tub, and make flying leaps into your lap, other than that they really don't do many tricks.
