You are just going to have to wait it out, unfortunately. Reptiles are notorious for hating change. My last iguana, went on a poop strike for 1 week when we moved!

They will eventually get used to the new place, but their lives have turned upside down, and they don't like it one bit! Just be patient with them and make sure they are in an area that doesn't have a lot of house traffic or noise. Offer them some of their favorite food treats.
