As far as the air conditioner issue is concerned, it really shouldn't be terribly perplexing.... 1.) Move the a/c - this may or may not be a viable option depending on how/where it's located. 2.) Move the iguana - this may also be a bit difficult depending on the size of the enclosure. 3.) Devise an elaborate and/or ingenious method for deflecting the cold air away from or otherwise insulating your ig. Since none of us here, including Jason, definitively know what your set up is then you're going to have to wing it on your own to a large extent.

If you'd like, though, feel free to share more info so we can get a better picture of what you're dealing with.
