Get them as sturdy as possible, with the largest leaves possible. This will discourage the ig from thinking it is a green snack.
They must be well cleaned before putting them in, due to dust and dirt, etc. Tehy have to be well secured, or they can cause in injury, fires, and breakage. They are worth the money, since they "live forever" and are easy to replace if broken (depending on size of ur iguana).
Fake ficus benjamina are lovely, but not very climbable. You'll fugure it out once you start looking for them and seeing how strong they are, and so on.

: Are fake plants ok for an iguanas cage? i dont know if he'll try and eat them, even if he does he wont be able to get the leaves off the stem but anyway......... is it ok?
