I have had mine for almost a year and it's grown so much. Be very careful of their tail. I was picking it up and she went through my fingers and as she was doing this I caught her tail and all of a sudden it came off!! She had a 2 inch stub. I freaked out.
I bought some (carpeting) for ig's. It's green and from zoomed. What you have heard abuot zoomed it correct. They have the best stuff.
