unusual stool?

My new rhino hatchling (this one arrived last week) is having very unusual stools. They look very undigested (like cooked spinach). One can easily make out the plant matter structure in them. His environmental requirements are all being met i.e. appropriate temp, lighting, diet, etc. This condition has only developed over the last couple of days. I've only seen this once before in a green hatchling who was housed inappropriately at room temperature. Any suggestions? We'll be making a trip to the vet shortly anyway, but I hate to medicate when it's unneccessary. Thanks.
