Lumps on face

I usualy stray away from iguanas but i have a kind heart and couldnt stand to see this one be abused anymore....... It has a very thick tail, full tail and limps, seems alert, only damage i see is it has 2-3 lump on it... one above its eye, one on its chest and one under the other eye........ it is a 3' female and was in the cage with a very large agressive male is it possible these are just wounds or something more serious. Please help thanks.
