Temps at basking spot 85-90 cooler end 70-80. A 4ft long cage would be hard on a full grown ig to navigate around IF it will be his living quarters 24/7. I have 1 enclosure that is 5 feet long/6ft high. My 5.5 ft. igs are outside free-roaming majority of the time...only using their enclosures for sleeping or during inclement weather. When they want out they come down off their basking branches and start scratching at the doors. For GGIs the bigger the better as far as enclosures go.
