Rescued ig!!!

I recently rescued an ig named Isis from ARROWHEAD REAPTILE RESCUE in Ohio. He is about 15 inches long and really cute! I was wondering how to raise the temp in his HUGE tank. The tank is 6 feet long and 2 feet wide and 2 feet deep. What do I do? He has a basking light, a UVB, nocturnal, everything he needs but I can't raise the temp in his cage. He sits under his light all the time so I think it is not warm enough in other parts of his tank. What do I do????Thanx!!!
