Funny spots on my Iguana,

Me again, Just want to say thanks to the people that have helped on my last two posts. Anywho... Have an youngster, 'bout 4-5 months. She just shead around her tail and hind legs, first shed since we got her. Well under her legs, see pic below, there are some wierd black spots. They are kind of sunken, like a scale is missing. I've only had her for a three weeks now, w/o a vet visit yet, one will be made soon. Just kinda wondering what these spots could be and if anyone here has seen it before. Thanks for any feed back, and sorry it's so long.
