Well, after a phone call to Omnifilter and getting nowhere with their CSR (I'm more and more inclined to believe that that stands for can't remember **** these days) I put a call in to my local water treatment plant. According to their lab chlorine and chloramine are close enough in composition that filters designed to remove chlorine would also take care of chloramine..... I knew I should've paid more attention in high school chem....
