Sounds like you should be ok then. We transport all of ours in Rubbermaids whether it's to vets or classes or wherever. When I have 5 minutes to breathe I'm going to invest in a power inverter so we don't have to worry at all about keeping everyone warm. We don't usually take more than 2 at a time so it shouldn't cost us more than $60-$75 for a 2 plug inverter....
